1. How to register as a Yatri?
– Click on the ‘Yatri Registration’ tab on the RKY website, fill out the form, and make your contribution to register for the yatra.
2. Can I attend the Yatra for selective dates?
– Yatris can select the dates while filling up the registration form itself. We request you to fill the form carefully as there won’t be any changes after submitting it. Selecting particular dates won’t affect the contribution amount to be paid. Travel to the Yatra destination on selective dates will be on your own.
3. Can I bring my own tent?
– Yes
4. Can I pay the contribution after the Yatra?
– No, contributions must be paid when you fill out the form on the website. We do not accept payments after or during the Yatra.
5. Do we get separate accommodation for males and females?
– Yes
6. Can I smoke and keep alcohol with me to drink during Yatra?
– Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the Yatra.
7. I’m having issues with online registrations. How do I register?

8. How can I check if my registration has been successful?
– You will receive a confirmation via an email.
9. What stay facilities will be given?
Dormitories/community halls with basic sleeping mattresses and quilts will be provided. Our team will ensure that we provide you clean mattresses and quilts. But to be more careful we request you to carry extra bed sheets and quilts as per your convenience. Please carry your own toiletries as well.
10. What travelling facilities will be available during the course of the Yatra?
– Basic buses will be provided for the travel. You are free to use your own vehicles if you wish to travel in your personal vehicles.
11. I am from Press/ Media. How do I get in touch with the Festival PR team?

12. What is the cancellation/refund process?
– The contribution amount for yatri participation will not be refunded but can be transferred.
13. I’m unable to pay the full amount of my contribution to the Yatra. Can I still attend the Yatra ?

14. Can I bring my children with me to the Yatra?
– Yes, the festival is children friendly. Children above 5 years of age would enjoy the festival comfortably. The festival is free for children up to 12 years of age.
15. Can I book hotels to stay during the Yatra?
– Yes, you can. Hotel booking and transportation to and from the yatra destinations will be on your own. It won’t affect the contribution amount that needs to be paid. Though we would recommend you to stay and travel with us to have an authentic experience of the Yatra.
16. Will there be western toilets available during the Yatra?
– We cannot assure this as we will be traveling in villages.
17. I’m a foreign resident. How do I register?
– Foreign residents can write to us at info@rajasthankabiryatra.org regarding their registration instead of submitting the form through the website.
