These measures are in place to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for everyone. Strict legal action will be taken on willful disobedience.
2. Criminal Background Disclosure: The yatri will give a voluntary disclosure about their criminal background if any (This will necessarily include all criminal cases pending or decided by the courts with decision). Dubious background may be subject to further character verification and lead to denial of registration. The discretion of the organizers will be final.
3. Prohibition of Political Discourse: The participant will be prohibited from venting any political, visceral, or inflammatory discourse from the stage or precincts of the venues of the yatra. Strict action will be taken for willful disobedience.
4. Behavior: We ask all attendees to treat volunteers, villagers, and fellow yatris with respect and courtesy. Any rude or abusive behavior towards anyone involved in the festival will not be tolerated and may result in immediate ejection from the event. Let’s work together to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. The organizer has full rights to dismiss any yatri involved in any of such behavior.
5. Alcohol and Drugs Policy: The RKY has a zero tolerance policy towards alcohol/drugs. Any Yatri found guilty of possession and/or consumption of these items will be expelled from the Yatra.
6. Loss or Damage of Personal Property: The RKY organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to a participant’s personal belongings unless it is a direct result of their intentional actions. This limitation of liability also extends to significant damages that may lead to injury or loss of life.
