Don'ts
- Please don’t displace people’s bedding/places that they have blocked to sleep.
- Leave no trace i.e. please make sure your trash makes it to the bin.
- We request you to not bring recorders/ crowd the stage area with your tripods and cameras. This affects the artist’s performance and the relationship between him/her and the audience. We shall provide all recordings and pictures, once the Yatra is over.
- Please do not prepone/extend your stay without checking with us, as all food, accommodation and transport facilities are accounted for.
- Any inappropriate behavior/ abusive language /unnecessary or violent action will not be entertained by the organizer. The organizer has full rights to dismiss any person during the Yatra if they found guilty. (no refund will be awarded in this case.)
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during Yatra. We hope you would cooperate with us. We don’t wish to act like surveillance team.
- We request you not to carry any valuables or excessive money during Yatra. In case of any mishappening, the organizers will not be responsible.

- कृपया सह यात्रियों के बिस्तर और उनकी जगह को इधर उधर ना करें जो उन्होंने अपने सोने के लिए निर्धारित की हो।
- इधर उधर कचरा ना फैलाएं और उसे कचरा पात्र में ही डालें।
- आपसे निवेदन है कि अपने रिकार्डर, कैमरों और ट्राईपोड इत्यादि को स्टेज के आस पास ना लेकर आएं। इसके कारण कलाकारों की प्रस्तुति और उनके दर्शकों के साथ जुड़ाव में बाधा उत्पन होती है। हम यात्रा के बाद सारी रिकॉर्डिंग और फोटो अपनी वेबसाईट और यूट्यूब चैनल पर प्रसारित करते हैं।
- कृपया बिना पूछे अपने कार्यक्रम को आगे पीछे ना करें क्योंकि रहने, खाने और वाहन इत्यादि की व्यवस्था पूर्व निर्धारित होती है और गांव की व्यवस्थाओं में अंतिम समय में बदलाव संभव नहीं होता।
- किसी भी तरह का दुर्व्यवहार, अपमानजक भाषा, गाली गलौच या किसी भी तरह की हिंसक गतिविधी स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी। ऐसा पाया जाने पर आयोजकों को किसी भी यात्री को यात्रा से बेदखल करने का अधिकार रहेगा। (इस स्थिति में रिफंड नहीं किया जायेगा।)
- किसी भी तरह का धूम्रपान और शराब इत्यादि का सेवन यात्रा में पूर्ण रूप से निषेध है। हम आशा करते हैं कि आप हमारा सहयोग करेगें।
- आपसे निवेदन है कि यात्रा में अपने साथ मंहगी वस्तुएं और अनावश्यक नगदी ना रखें। किसी भी तरह की दुर्घटना के लिए आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगें।
